Ran the trails again - this time I went over to Sweetwater Creek State Park and tired myself out.  I didn't kill my legs as much today as I did at Kennesaw Mtn last week, so hopefully the next few days aren't so slow.

Ran a completely uninspired 6 later in the afternoon.  I really don't like the chilly weather.  Otherwise all things are a go.

Wow - this is how bad this year has been.  This month, November, has been my highest milage month of the year.  205 miles...dang that is crazy.   Maybe a good sign for next year.

Went out around 2:30 today and the weather was SO much better than the past couple.  It is amazing what a little sunshine and warmth can do for my running attitude.  I meant to get in 8 but my loop turned out to be a 1/4 short.

ate too much last night but i felt really good on my run this afternoon.  My legs felt strong and the pace was a little faster.  Sun, no wind, a good audiobook, and an unfrequented route all helped too, I'm sure.

Got out this morning at 8:30 for a nice easy 90 minute out and back.  I wanted to get in 12 but I was on a tight timeline and I was just taking it easy.  Afterwards we went to the Fabulous Fox to see HoW the Ginch Stole Christmas, the Musical...

Funny - on the way (and we were cutting it close on time) we got caught up in a 10k - and lost about 20 minutes just sitting.  Funny to see a race from the other side for once.  Luckily we only missed the first number and it wasn't like we didn't know the plot already.   Man, my wife was not a happy camper.
