Ran the trails again - this time I went over to Sweetwater Creek State Park and tired myself out.  I didn't kill my legs as much today as I did at Kennesaw Mtn last week, so hopefully the next few days aren't so slow.

Nice trail run! I have never been there, but hear they are great trails. I have thought about doing the 50k there once or twice ... but that distance doesn't have much appeal to me right now. I think they also have a half there in February. From what I hear it is pretty darn hilly!

Nice job, Tim! There are tons of trails around here, but I can't ever get my butt in the car and drive to them. But I plan to in the spring.

JG - yeah I did the 50 this past April. It has some hills, yeah. And you get to do it twice! :) I'm not sure if the 1/2 does the powerline cut or not. But that is what makes it fun, right? Maybe we can meet out there one of these weekends. It is right next to Six Flags.

Dale - I love the trails, but usually I don't get out there either. I'm trying to make a point to do it at least twice a month.
