Went out around 2:30 today and the weather was SO much better than the past couple.  It is amazing what a little sunshine and warmth can do for my running attitude.  I meant to get in 8 but my loop turned out to be a 1/4 short.

Sunshine in the winter is very good. In the summer, not so much so.
