Felt pretty sleepy and  sluggish all day.  But I ran when my wife got home this evening and I had a decent run.  I managed to keep from quitting after a block.  That was the key this time.  I really wanted to stop.

Nice job. It sure is tough to get going sometimes.

A playhouse for the kids. Cool.

Way to not quit even when feeling sluggish! NICE miles on a Monday too! :)

The first block is always the hardest. Good job getting in good mileage to start the week.

thanks all. I need to have a good week following a good one last week. All too often I have a good week and then follow it with a bad one. Need to be consistent!

Tim, you made it pretty darn far for wanting to quit after a block. Good job.
