took it easy on the way to the turnaround

did some 2 min pickups with 2 min easy on the way back.  Took the last mile easy.  

7:34 ish pace overall - not a great run

I wish my bad runs were at 7:34 pace. Nice job getting it done, though. How are the temps out there? It's 100 here.

WOW 100deg? Well it wasn't that hot - 89 or so. But i still lost 5.5 lbs of water weight on that run. I just tell myself that these hard summer runs WILL pay off when the temps drop. I'm hoping the times drop with the temps. Unfortunately that won't be until maybe mid-september or something.
