humid as crap out there -- but i had a decent run, i guess.  there are no real good runs anymore, but i need to keep pushing out of this 

my legs were dead after two days of long-ish rides (at least they were long for me)

Tim, are you doing all the riding just for cross training or for a bike race?

I'm sure most of us would think what you do on your runs would be amazing runs for us.

So ... running in that much humidity: Do you get the benefits of going to the spa for a facial???

Although I can't imagine ever getting a facial of crap! Just not smart! :)
