felt kind of weak and lightheaded halfway through this one- thought i ate enough - oh well

not a big mileage week - but  I do feel good that I am running some faster miles.  At this point I think shaking things up is what I need.

I never had the problem of not eating enough, haha! :)

don't get light headed, light footed is A-OK!

Shake and bake, good to mix things up a bit, no need for slow long runs if you don't have a marathon in the next couple months!
