foot's a little kooky again today

Got in 7 at dusk - I ran with the foot wrapped. Of course as the run went on, the wrapping was really starting to hurt, so i took it off and finished up without it. Things felt pretty good and still do.

It was slow but that's ok - 7 @ 7:50 ave pace

That is a bummer, you have really eased back into things! Do you think a new pair of shoes might help? Might be time to cash in one of those gift certificates ... Worth a try.

Tim, I just read your race report from Saturday. 18:10 is GREAT! I hope your foot is fine. My leg has been slightly bothersome for the past few weeks in the spot I had my stress fracture. I'm hoping it is just residual pain and not something coming back. The good news is it doesn't bother me when I'm running. I just feel it afterwards.

You can always come join Jim and I on Tuesday mornings for speed work. :) It's only a couple thousand miles away.

Rhett - I might run out there for a warmup and then run back after the speedwork... :)
