Had a prelunch bike ride.  

7.85 @ 14.2 ave pace - thought it was a faster than that, eh ok

 

4PM - 5 miler which didn't feel very good.  I didn't fuel well enough I think - not sure what's up with that.  I should be able to do 5 easy with no food for days.  

5 @ 7:33 ave pace
