Went out at lunchtime for a few.  I felt ok - 

4.55 7:24 pace

 

after work - took it easy -didn't really want to go out but i felt good enough when running

5.9 - 7:36/mile

HI Marc, we aren't as hot as you. It was in the mid 80s yesterday at lunch. Not as bad as it could be.

THen the evening run was just perfect for this time of year. Today I'm going to try to get out before it gets too hot. I have 10-11 to do.
