2.6 miles - felt a lot more normal today.  This will just take some time.  There is a race in two weeks that I would like to do.  I will obviously be slow, but it would be nice to be out there again.

thanks JG

I even have a brand new toy to play with. My mom had a forerunner 305 that she got for Christmas and hasn't used. I told her I'd give it a good workout... :)

BTW - are you going to do the ATC Grand Finale next month?

Sweet ... I love my Garmin 305. I would like to do the ATC Grand Finale, all depends if I am in town that weekend ... I am currently in PA for a short while.

Very cool. I'm glad it felt more normal. I'm planning a short run tomorrow.

It's about time you got a Garmin...I can't believe you've gone this long without it. You will love it. You can log your runs at connect.garmin.com (for free). Check it out when you get a chance.

Way to ease back into it.

Marc, so far I really do like it even though it is huge on my scrawny little arm...

That is true, but you kind of get used to it...and miss it when you forget to charge it or leave it at home.
