well I ate too much this weekend but I had a really positive run today.  It felt almost normal.  That's two good ones in a row, albeit a few days apart... Either way, I'll take it.

LOL...I ate way too much this weekend, too. Yesterday we drove up in the mountains and ate at a diner and since the kids didn't finish their meals, I felt obligated to finish their meals. Today I started trying Weight Watchers again. I need to get this extra weight off.
