good chance of t-storms tomorrow night and early Sat, so it'll be a soggy muddy run.    :)  Plus the rain should make the two river crossings even more interesting than usual.

Later in the day I got out for 5 - I felt good.  I'm just taking it easy this week.  I'm getting uptight about this race for some reason.  I can't wait for it to be here.

Sounds like it is going to be a real adventure.

The muddier, the better. Just kidding. Well, maybe if it were a short distance. A 50k with muddy shoes would not be good.

Remind me again what this race is called?

By the way, nice job on the race last Saturday, even though your head wasn't in it. That happens to me a lot on Race day. I really need to figure out a lot of mental stuff.

Hey Dale - it is called the Sweetwater 50K, http://www.sweeth20races.com. It is supposed to be one of the best around here. I've put it off in the past but not this year. Depending on how that goes, I'm about to mail out my application for the 8 hr race in August. I wanted to do it last year but waited to sign off too long.

Tim, that looks like a really good one. Good price, too. I'll be sounds asleep (I hope) when you start.

Tim, I'm excited to read your race report. I just looked up the results. Pretty good!!! That must have been a tough, tough course.
