felt good with a little spunk in my step - not sure what's going on there.  maybe it is the great weather here in GA.  Foot is pretty good.  Will try to get in another 30 min later today

4 @ 7:12 ave pace

4.4 @ 7:11 ave pace  -evening run - felt pretty good.  I've decided I love running in the evening.  I thin things are coming around.  we;'ll see.  I wanted to try a double today to see how the leg handles it.  So far things are ok.

a 7:12 pace, good on you! This weekend at the Moab (CHM) 1/2 I'm thinking that I'm just going to be conserative and do juat about a 1:30:00. I don't want to mess anything up for Boston!!!!

Slick, a 1:30 half is moving pretty good for you isn't it? If you can do that conservatively you must be ready for a 3:10 or faster at Boston.

Tim, I hope your foot and leg are finally getting close to 100%.
