legs feeling good today  - nice short run 

4.2 at 7:13 ave pace

will try for another 5 or so later in the PM - maybe with the local running group -- in the rain  

5.2 in the dark @ 7:28 ave pace.  Missed the running group but I had my trusty audiobook.
