ran with the local running club again although i was late and had to try to catch up the whole time.  had the faster guys in sight and then got stopped at two lights.  but i held a decent tempo pace (I guess) and had a nice up pace run

Nice job Tim ... consistent week going! Looking forward to a long one Saturday ... got a location in mind?

Glad you obeyed all traffic signals and didn't get hit by a car. Gotta love the AP of "some faster pace."

It's a good way to get in some speed work when you're late and try to catch up. Nice job.

Hey Jon - I kind of wanted to do peachtree - maybe both run from our houses to highland and ponce and then take ponce to peachtree and then turn toward buckhead - then we can turn around when we get to the desired distance. I'd like 14 - that should take us to the amtrak station area.

Hey Rhett - yeah getting hit would be quite a bummer. I'm still enjoying running by feel rather than being tied to my watch.

Hey Dale - yeah it is a really good way to do some informal speedwork.

I like the way you keep track of your paces!!! So scientific, so precise!! :)

Hey Teena, its working right by now at least. Freedom from the watch has been nice
