went out this afternoon for a "long run"  it was mostly just to get over 40 for the week.  So I got out on the marathon course and ran a big chunk of it.  It is a nasty course - not a great place to PR.  I felt good - no issues.  I didn't really get into it at all but that's all part of the process I guess.  It was nice to be out there on a long run (more like medium long) again.
