well I ate too much this weekend but I had a really positive run today.  It felt almost normal.  That's two good ones in a row, albeit a few days apart... Either way, I'll take it.

another positive run - lots of hills in this one.  I felt like I could push off both legs.  It turns out that makes such a big difference.  I was even was able to let loose a little on some of the downhills toward the end.    The past couple of weeks I felt like I just needed to keep my left leg under me and not push too much with it.

A little fatigue in the foot so I am being smart- at least for the day. 

just shy of 12 miles on the bike - 14.8 ave.  I sure am slow.  Great workout.

Had a pretty good 8 mile run.  I went out trying to do a nice steady pace.  Usually I crap out after the turnaround on this run, but I had a couple slightly faster on the way back.  Hot and sunny - mid 80s

Longest training run in a while - the slow half marathon excepted
