VERY NICE tempo miles and VERY AWESOME pace! Great tempo days make for great race days! Have a wonderful running week!

Nice work out. I so want to get out there and do some fast running.

From timp on Tue, Sep 15, 2009 at 17:57:03 from 129.188.33.26

thanks Smooth -- I'm trying for a big week. we'll see what happens. I'm tired from today.

Rhett - you'll be there soon. How's the foot?

From Rhett on Tue, Sep 15, 2009 at 18:20:58 from 74.32.218.117

Tim, my foot feels fine, but I haven't run (except up stairs) for a few weeks. I'm waiting on my KT tape before I try to run again.

From timp on Tue, Sep 15, 2009 at 19:01:23 from 129.188.33.26

where does this tape come from - a slow boat from the other side of the world? You've been waiting on that for a while, huh?

Nice job, Tim!!!

By the way, do you still have the link for proper fueling for marathons? I've misplaced mine and I want to make sure I do it right this weekend.

Dale - http://www.mcmillanrunning.com/rununiv/marathonprep.htm

If you ever need it, it is on the forum flyers forum, too.

Very nice job there Tim. Was it another hot day?? Great job on the 2nd set too.

From timp on Wed, Sep 16, 2009 at 09:28:28 from 129.188.33.26

thanks Mark. It wasn't hot - maybe mid 70s and overcast. Nice weather actually.

Hmm very odd then with your heartrate spiking like that. Wonder if its when your running the corners. Those always seem to be tougher to keep a good pace on then the straight aways. Great run though man.

yeah I wish I knew why that happens sometimes. It is kind of scary honestly...
