one more time-- felt good.  nice to be healthy.  I just need to stay consistent and run 5-6 days a week, even if it is just 4 miles.  I've slacked long enough.  Maybe need to figure out alternative times to run...

Have you got a goal? I find it easier to get consistent when my feet have a defined "goal". Wish you were doin' Boston with us in 2014!!!!!

I think your goal should be Boston '15 it is being run on my birthday. I guess I better write that down as my goal too, because if I dont start running I won't get invited to my party! Lol
