met JG at Piedmont park.  Ran to their  .5 mile track.  Ran 3x800 and 2x400.  6:30 pace for the 1/2 miles and sub 6 pace for the 400's.  Jogs in between each.  add in warmup and cool down and I get 6.  Would like to do 3-4 more later.
