got out on my wrapped foot tonight.  I can't quite understand how I hurt it but that's ok.  three days off is too much for me.

Is this a different foot injury than the one you've been dealing with for a while?

no - same one. felt good last week. Had a good run Thursday night. Friday couldn't run. I think I sat too long reading on the couch with my feet bent under me, which makes me think this is a tendinitis.

Uggg. I hope your opposite knee or hip doesn't start bothering you from compensating for the sore foot. I hope it's better soon.

yeah Marc - It was hurting again today and I stopped after .25. I'm not going to limp through a 4 or 5 miler and make things worse. Kind of puts me a mood but I'm trying to be good.

So your ran with it wrapped? What did you wrap it with? Did it help? It must have been really bothering you for you to run at that pace. Maybe you were just running too slow (for you) and that is why it hurt. :)

hey Rhett- yeah I've done that in the past. It just helps to keep it stable. Although if I have to run so much slower than normal it is probably doing more harm than good.
