felt much better today.  For some reason my legs feel strong and quicker.

4.4 at lunch at 6:45 pace

Ran down to kirkwood to a house Chrys is selling to check if the water is on.  It turned out to be a little longer route than I expected to do.  But I felt great.

7.1 at 7:15 pace

Great run there speedy. Those are some great paces. And some nice mileage. Was that all on one run or 2 runs??

Huans32 -- yeah that is in two runs. I've been trying to add a couple of doubles per week in the last several weeks. I want to get into that habit so that when fall marathon training starts, I'll be used to it.

DonG - yeah I think it is the new shoes.
