Yeah it was an ok run. I feel so out touch with my running this week. I hate that I missed my tempo run for the week. If I can feel good on my final long run tomorrow, I'll be happy. I'm going to ramp up the 2nd half, throwing in some MP miles. That is, if the foot agrees with the plan.
