decent 7.8 but at the end my right foot started hurting in the inside of the arch.  walked it in for the last .25.  Two days later now, it is feeling fine.  Will  give it a go today and expect it to be fine.

the normally painful foot is doing good. My miles are so low it is fine :)

This new thing is just a one off thing I think. It is fine now. I think it was from climbing the attic ladder a lot the day before. I hope.
