Wanted to go to the trails today but Chrys has to work today.  So I just ran around town, on some new roads and some old roads.  I felt good.  Just cruising along today.  MP3 player ran out of battery after 4 miles so I was all alone with my brain, which was fine.  Not as many runners out today as were yesterday.  Yesterday was a lot nice, with the sun out.  Today was a little windy but nothing bad.
