Thought I might take off the day but tried it at the last minute.  Felt fine and I just took it slow.

Cool. It feels good to get it done, doesn't it?

Glad to hear the foot did not rear its ugly head today ... that is a good sign! I think it will be fine, just be careful not to ramp that mileage back up to quickly!

Dale - yes - it is good to get it done when I thought I wasn't going to.

JG - I wrapped it, which made it more stable. It hurts when I turn a corner quickly or when I run on uneven surfaces, so wrapping it helps a lot.

Glad the wrapping is helping! Find a straight and smooth path! :)

yeah JG, I guess it just isn't ready for my doubles and all that stuff. I am trying to come back smart but it just won't help my fall racing season too much. Some is better than none, I guess.
