Managed another double day - luckily the strong winds in the morning subsided by the afternoon.

Do you find you have to eat more when you break your runs into double? I find that I start loosing a lot of weight if I don't up the calories when I'm doing doubles even if the milage is the same.

Hey Rhett, I will make sure I have a snack an hour or so before I run that 2nd one. I'm not sure I need it or just like the excuse to have a snack...

I'm thinking I might need to do another double on Wednesday. Maybe I can try it without the snack and see how bad I feel. :) Maybe not.
