I had trouble sleeping last night and only wound up with a few hours.  I got out at 9AM which is a little later than I wanted, but it is what it is.  I pretty much felt ok, not great.  I lost a little time at the end when I did the old walk 50 paces trick on some of the hills.  but otherwise it was ok,.  And its over!
It is an awesome day out here!  Mid 70's and no clouds in the sky.

Overall I got in18 miles at 7:54 pace.  Have a great Saturday and Sunday!

Awesome job, Man!!! Glad you made it through your run. Can you remind me again what race is coming up for you? I'm so forgetful.

18 miles? When's the 50K trail thingy? Did I miss it. Sorry, been so preoccupied with work, life, kids, etc.. Sounds like great weather! (a few clouds might have been nice for you, but we don't want to get too greedy :)

Yeah guys, the 32 miler is this upcoming

Sunday. Luckily the weather forecast says it will be 88 on Sunday rather than the 98-100 it was last year. Either way it will be hard core, I know that. I'm kind of dreading it and looking forward to it at the same time.

Awesome, Tim!!! Well, let's hope the temps and humidity stay low. What's this race called?

Nice run Tim. Assume you were trail running if you were doing the walk thing on the hills?
