I guess I'll be cautious and I turned it around after three miles.  I wanted to do 8 but there was a little more tightness in my leg today.  This was the longest at one time in a week or so, so I'll be good.

this up and down weather makes it hard to get used to the "heat".  71 deg. and I was cooking.   Supposed to be 81 tomorrow.
