I got lots of sleep last night.  The weather was really nice today - cloudy and in the high 60's at the start.  I felt good today and just wanted to keep a nice even pace for the whole while.  In the downtown area I passed a couple hundred girls waiting in line for tryouts for the America's Next Top Model.  There were lots of interesting outfits, for sure.  I got to the turn around right around 1:00:20 or something.  Luckily the sun stayed in for most of the rest of the run.  I pushed in the last 20 min to keep the pace pretty even for the whole run.

Gotta love running in the 60's -- and congrats for getting over 60 for the week! (I got close to 50..I still have time to get in some serious miles before taper time for St George)

yeah it is even cooler this morning - it is 61 degrees. I almost feel like I need to go out for a few miles just to enjoy the cool temps. Might need my tights though :)
