Man we got to get you as a pacer at SG. You seem to be able to knock out our MP like they are nothing. Your a animal. Got to love rest days and days your feeling good.

yeah I can keep a steady pace pretty well most of the time. It is probably all those years I spent on the treadmill.

Legs were achy in the middle of the night. I'll be curious to see how the fast running goes today.
