I am still sore from Tues - but otherwise i felt pretty good.  Tried to stretch my quads all day but they are still sore.  I'll be fine..
I got caught out at several lights, so i don't know my true speed, but that really doesn't matter too much.  I felt reasonably strong at the end.  I am still getting used to this warm and humid weather.

That humid weather would kill me. I tried running while on vacation in San Diego last summer and I thought I was going to collapse...lol
