I actually felt fine after the races last night.  No quad pain  -- maybe I didn't push enough :).  

I did 4.45 at work at 7:06 and then did 7.9 after work while the family was running to the Target.  7:25 pace on that one.  Was feeling it towards the end.

Excellent dual runs. I don't know how you can run so fast on the second run in one day. Pretty cool.
