Hey it was my second double in two days.  What's up with that?

4 @ 7:30 and then 4.2 @ 7:11

I have almost 900 miles on my one shoes that I've been wearing.  They are dead.  So I put my old Asics 1130s on for the second run and they have some miles left in them.  They are at 750 miles but are much better feeling, which accounts for a little faster pace I think.

Oh man, when you get new shoes, you'll feel like you're floating on air. I put 667 miles on my last pair and when I ran in my new shoes, it was like heaven.

Nice runs.

thanks - yeah I sure hope that's what it feels like. I have a race next saturday - 5K. Haven't run hard or fast in a long time, so I don't think it will be pretty. But ill put on my magic shoes. maybe they can make me fly :)
