Heavy from eating out last night - didn't think I overae but must have been salty or something. Anyway, out at 7:45 this morning to a beautiful morning. 60 deg and low winds. It was great weather for a long run.

I took it easy and didnt blast any of the miles. I just didn't feel like it.

A nice comfortable but fast long run is a wonderful thing. It refreshes the mind and body. It's amazing to me how certain foods make me feel heavy the next morning.
