Got out in between meetings today.  Things are coming along slowly but surely.   Paces are in the 7:40's but at least they are coming down.  Foot feels fine.  I didn't walk or have to stop to heave, so that is a plus!

7:46 in the hot humid weather is a nice pace. Good job, glad the foot is doing better.

thanks Rhett- it is a hard time of year to try to come back and regain fitness. At least this week it is a little bit cooler. Mornings in the high 60's are a treat!

7:46 is fast, especially in the heat! What is wrong with your foot? I think I have another foot stress fracture. So sad! I hope yours is just sore from too much running and nothing serious.

Hey Steam - yeah I had a SF in my foot ( I think) and took 9 weeks off. In my 4th comeback week.

I sure hope yours is ok.
