That's starting to sound like the old Tim (not the real old Tim, but the new improved Tim of a couple years ago :)

Some days are better than others Marc. I just need to rethink this fall. I'm so used to peaking at the end october into november when all the fun races are. I'll still run some of those, but won't be in that good of shape, which stinks. I'll have to find some in late Nov and Dec that I can try to make as goal races.

Come to Dallas in December -- you can stay with Lloyd and me. (runtherock.com) I think you would like this marathon..though it might be a little flat for you.

Good Idea Marc - although I'm still not sure i want to do a full any time soon...maybe.

Awesome run Tim, I am really impressed with how you have been patient and smart with your recovery. It seems odd, but when I had the similar injury, that minor pain seemed to linger a long time, but it did eventually go away, it will help to keep your mileage light until it does!

Thanks JG. I can't claim smartness. My foot is exactly the same as what you describe.
