Chrys has stuff again tonight so I got my butt out there this morning before work.  I'm not a morning runner but just because I'm usually lazy.  I felt good and got in a few miles.

Then I ran at work lunch break for another few. The wind was killer on the way back and made the going hard.  These cooler temps are really helping my pace.  This pace feels pretty good.  I just really need to hit some speedwork.  Maybe tomorrow I can do a few tempo miles in the middle of my 8-10.  I hope so.

Total was 8.55 (or thereabouts) and the ave pace was 7:01

Weight: 141.00
