Bike day

Popped a tire on my long ride and don't have patch kit so I had to get picked up.  

4.5 miles - 16.1 ave pace

Fixed my tire and then got out after doing some handyman work all afternoon.

I dread the day I get my first flat, as I definitely will be stranded! I guess that is why I take my phone with me on the bike, never running ... because it would die from water damage! Legs die sometimes, but they never go flat! :) Congrats on hitting 30 miles last week with no major foot issues!

Hey JG - yeah I just started takin gmy phone with me last week, so I guess I sensed something was bound to happen. I think I need to get a small pump and a small patch kit to put into a bag behind my seat.
