Ah well I went for 6 and turned it off after a few minutes.  My stupid foot was feeling a little sore from yesterday and Saturday, so I thought I'd try to be smart about it and not push things.

Hi Teena - not sure what it is. It boiled over a bit this summer but it has been lingering for a few years off an on. Some days are good and others are not as much but it will be ok.
