6 at easy then 4 at MP and then 2 cooldown.  I felt much better this week vs. last Thursday's MP run.  The first 3 were at 6:25, the last one was at 6:40.  I think I lost my concentration.  Plus I guess I need to take water for a run like this...it was around 80 and I lost a lot of water weight.  It wasn't great but it wasn't horrible.  The good thing was that this week I did feel reasonably comfortable at that pace.

That is awesome man. If I know I am going over a hr then I always take water. I can't imagine doing what you did in 80 degrees. Your an animal man.

Ah right. I knew it was one of those southern states. Do you have alot of humidity with those temps?? For the most part I think we are alot less humid. Your at about what elevation too??
