I know you live in the south, but you are going to have to break from the nascar tradition of turning left. Only right turns from now on. :)

Tim, how's that foot doing? Have you been resting it?

From timp on Mon, Feb 13, 2012 at 16:26:49 from 144.188.24.26

ah - well I rested on Friday and then ran a 5K on Saturday. Rested it yesterday and of course twisted it again a bit. I'm just kind of down on the whole thing right now...

How'd the 5K go?

From timp on Mon, Feb 13, 2012 at 18:42:04 from 99.110.188.230

not so well - got to the finish line and didn't cross. didn't want it on my permanent record

Tim that reminds me of the time when 2 of my sons (when they were 10 and 5 years old) were running a 2 mile race that was going on simultaneously to a 5K I was running. The turn around area was not marked well at all. They ended up running a ton extra and when they got back to the finish line they were so mad they refused to cross the finish line. I thought it was hilarious to see them protest like that. Anyways. Sounds like your foot needs some rest and possibly some professional attention. Get that thing better.
