Thanks SMooth! It turns out biking isn't horrible. My bike is horrible, but it still gives a good workout.

Are ya biking some of the running routes? sure beats elliptickling indoor! :)

Yeah doing lots of new routes to explore the city a bit. stuff I should do when I run but I always just do the same routes just to get the miles done, it seems.

Is the foot/ankle improving any? Glad you're able too get in some good biking.

Hey Dale - I haven't tried it really since last Tuesday at track night. I did fetch a few grounders with my boy at the park last night and was able to move to the left/right. It has only been 3 weeks tomorrow. Walked to the park this morning with the kids and I felt like I was able to take a full push off with it. My other parts (knee and hamstring) are starting to feel better too. I think maybe I was due for some time off.

That's good news. Are you planning on taking more time off for good measure?

I'm thinking a couple more weeks at least -- I guess...I may try it once a week and go from there.
