23.3 biking miles.  not the fastest - but I just wanted to get out and get some wind in my face.  my bike felt a bit creaky and slow today.  Maybe that was me - like my wife suggested  :)

Nice ride Tim ... my bike always feels like that... but mine is newer so I don't really have an excuse. Don't have a wife to remind me it is actually me! lol

Look forward to meeting you Saturday. My son is going to run the 5 miler, so I will run the first loop with him, and then try to run a negative split for the second loop.

It will be a good test run for you, don't push too hard if the foot acts up at all! Heck, you will probably cross the finish line, and then could pace me the second loop if your foot feels good! :)
