2 miles warmup then did 4 miles with 1 min pick-ups at 5k pace with 1 or 2 min rest.  it went ok for the first speed I've done in a long time.  kind of blew up by the end but that's ok.

thanks Teena- I guess that means I tried hard enough when I was going fast - and that I am in cruddy shape.
