13:33 back - had to stop for traffic once - 30 sec --- 6:00pace
felt good - took the back pace too hard but that's ok. I just wanted to remind my body what it feels like to run kind of hard. 

Taper time stinks.  I always wonder if I'll forget to run for a long time - especially at MP.

LOL tell me about it. I have felt like lately too. Mostly after the race wondering how in the world I was able to run around a 7:26 for my marathon. And now just hitting the 8:00s feels the same. But there is that zone right around your MP that is just perfect. And once you hit that pace you will feel it and relax. You are going to do awesome man.

Tim your paces are amazing. 7:05 EZ and 6:00 back. You're an animal. All the training is done now though. Maybe an easy run or two with some strides and you are set to race. I'm excited for you.
