I have been eating like a pig for a cuple of weeks. It needs to stop.

I swear, every time I decide to try and eat healthy, I end up eating worse than normal.

I do, too!!! I Just can't get enough. I'm really going to try hard to eat healthy tomorrow. I guess I should take it one day at a time.

Tim, lately I've been having these awesome dreams where I can run fast and long and it's effortless. I wish it was really like that. I'm not talking about a little faster, but a lot faster, like 5 minute miles. I've been having these dreams pretty much every night for the past week.
