well I fell off the running wagon for a few days.  

smacked my knee up really good on Friday-- hardly could walk on Saturday.  should have run Monday eve after driving from NC.  And really should have run yesterday.  BUT I did get out for a nice 5.5 tonight.  

5.5 @ 7:11 - last 1.5 under 7 - too much effort for that pace but it felt good
