very windy today and 46 degrees. It actually wasn't that bad, but I hope this is the last gasp of the cool temps. I already had packed up my long sleeve running shirts and I don't want to get any more of them out of the closet.

4.4 at 7:18 pace. Hopefully will do another 30-35 min after work.

yeah I'm going to try to stay on that for Mondays. We'll see how it goes. No big races coming up. Might do a 50K in June. The first real race will be the local 4 miler in July. Then a 5K in August. Then I'll ramp it up for a fall marathon. It is coming quickly...

What fall marathon are you thinking about? I usually do St. George, but will be on a family vacation this year during the race so I'm thinking about Top of Utah in September.

probably just do Chickamauga again - I like it pretty well.
